Kezang Enterprise Hardware is a well-established hardware store in Hejo, Thimphu, serving contractors, builders, and households with machinery and tools, construction materials, electrical items, and plumbing supplies.
Like many hardware retailers in Bhutan, the store carries an exceptionally wide product range — from power drills and paints to pipes, fittings, wires, and fasteners — making inventory management one of the most demanding aspects of the business.
The Challenge
